we personally deliver, set up, and prepare the Airstream for your arrival, so all you have to do is show up and enjoy your stay.

we'll handle the transportation, positioning, leveling, and setup of the trailer. Upon arrival, you'll find your accommodations ready for you, allowing you to spend more time relaxing and less time worrying about the logistics of RV camping.

at this time, stillwild is offered as a delivery-and-setup experience. to ensure the safety of our guests and the trailer, we personally transport and set up the Airstream for each reservation.

this allows us to ensure everything is properly prepared and ready for your arrival, so you can focus on enjoying your getaway.

yes. a refundable security deposit is required for all stillwild stays. the deposit helps protect the Basecamp, furnishings, and equipment while ensuring we can continue providing a thoughtfully prepared experience for every guest.

the standard refundable security deposit is $1,000.

for guests who prefer a reduced deposit option, we offer a $500 refundable security deposit plus a $50 non-refundable damage waiver fee. this option does not eliminate responsibility for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of the rental agreement.

before your arrival, you will complete a security deposit authorization along with your rental agreement. after your stay, we will complete a detailed inspection of the camper. if everything is returned in the same condition it was provided, your security deposit will be released or returned according to the terms of your rental agreement.

if damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or other charges occur during your stay, we will provide documentation, including photos and receipts when applicable, before applying any deductions.

our goal is simple: protect the Basecamp while making the process clear and easy for our guests.

we understand that plans can change, and we want to make the booking process as transparent and fair as possible.

before your reservation is confirmed:
you may withdraw your request for a full refund.

after your reservation is confirmed:

• if your booking is made 7 or more days before your arrival date, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking confirmation for a full refund.

• if your booking is made fewer than 7 days before your arrival date, you may cancel within 1 hour of booking confirmation for a full refund.

• same-day bookings are not eligible for a cancellation grace period.

cancellations more than 30 days before arrival:
you will receive a full refund of your rental payment.

cancellations 30 days or fewer before arrival:
the guest is responsible for 50% of the full rental amount, plus any applicable add-ons, delivery fees, taxes, and non-refundable fees.

Military Service Exception:
active-duty U.S. military service members are eligible for a full refund if cancellation is required due to the service member or an immediate family member entering active military duty. documentation may be requested.

We encourage guests to reach out as soon as possible if circumstances change. We will always do our best to work with you while maintaining fairness to guests who have reserved dates and to our small business.

our pricing is designed to be simple and flexible. we currently offer several rental options and packages to fit different types of getaways, all listed above. looking for something a little extra? we're always happy to discuss add-ons or special requests to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. as stillwild grows, we'll continue adding new packages and experiences to give you even more ways to customize your adventure.

each campground has its own check-in and check-out policies, and we work within those guidelines to ensure your Basecamp is ready for you when you arrive.

as a general rule, we like to allow approximately one hour on either end of your stay. for example, if your campground's check-in time is 2:00 PM, we'll ask you to plan on arriving around 3:00 PM. this gives us enough time to deliver, set up, and ensure everything is ready for your stay.

likewise, if campground check-out is 12:00 PM, we ask that you vacate the campsite by 11:00 AM so we have time to pack up, clean, and depart before the campground's required checkout time.

if you've arranged different arrival or departure times with your campground, or have special scheduling needs, please let us know. we'll always do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

we've taken care of many of the camping essentials so you can pack lighter and focus on enjoying your getaway. we provide the Basecamp, bedding, kitchen basics, and thoughtfully selected amenities to make your stay comfortable.

we recommend bringing your personal items, clothing appropriate for the weather, toiletries, food and beverages, and anything specific that will make your time outdoors more enjoyable. please choose environmentally friendly, RV tank-safe toiletries whenever possible to help us care for the Basecamp and the environment.

don't forget layers—the Sonoma Coast and redwood forests can be much cooler than expected, even in the summer.

a complete packing list and additional recommendations will be included in your guest guidebook before your stay.

as much as we love pets (we have three of our own!), we've chosen to keep our Basecamp pet-free. this allows us to provide a clean, comfortable, and allergy-conscious space for all of our guests. we appreciate your understanding as we strive to create a welcoming experience for everyone.
